NightHawk XR500 packet loss

I have the xr500 and i am running on firmware v2.3.2.56v. I have 500mbps download and 25 mbps upload w/charter spectrum internet. I have never had any problems until a few weeks ago i started randomly getting packet loss throughout gameplay on my computer(windows 10), xbox, or whatever is connected to the internet. I have been troubleshooting this issue every way possible to figure out why.. all signs are pointing towards it being because of the xr500. I have already run a pingplotter test and i believe it's telling me that the problem lies within the router. Please see the link below. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    I would recommend you do this test when direct to the spectrum hub and see if you get the same thing as it's not conclusive whether it is the XR at the moment.
