Nighthawk 700
I have tested cat 5e, cat6, cat6a,cat7
ps4 pro shows white led in port I understand that is gigabit
epson tw9300 4K projector with gigs card inside shows red in port
samsung kbd8500 4K player with gigs card shows red in port
whyyyyyy if red is 100 and white is 1000

Ethernet ports 1-4
The LED color indicates the speed: white for Gigabit Ethernet connections and amber for 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps Ethernet connections.
• Solid. A powered-on device is connected to the Ethernet port.
• Blinking. The port is sending or receiving traffic.
• Off. No device is connected to this Ethernet port.

Yes PS4 has white and Epsom and 4K player amber

Well if one device reports 1000mb and the others don't, possible connection issue at those devices. I persums you've swapped ports around as well.
I would contact the Mfr of those devices to check on connection rate support...
