Nighthawk 7900RP regularly disconnects and frequently requires new setup

Crashes about every 48 hours since latest patch.  Sometimes will require new setup like it was just out of the box.  Really tired of having to keep resetting my router every 48 hours.  I have rolled back the firmware as of today to the previous version.  Modem is fine, just router.

Any suggestions?
