Nighthawk XR500 keeps rebooting every 2 hours

Hello,

 

I just got an XR500 on black friday. Everything seem to be working fine till my brother connected to it via WiFi 5g and it seems to reboot every 2 hours or so.

 

Tried changing the frequency on both 2.4/5. Did the basic troubleshooting of rebooting the device and modem. Same results.

 

I am on the latest firmware. Once the router was setup I updated to the latest firmware. Any suggestions?

    Glad to hear you picked up an XR500.

     

    Could you please try reserving an IP address for any devices that are experiencing this issue, then see if it continues occuring?
