What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

This game on PC or game console?

It's highly likely the Geo-Filter causing it, if you disable Filtering Mode does it work?

Sadly its not the geofilter, i thought i before. Makes no sense for me

Is it blocking you connecting to the pre-game lobby or when you're searching for a game is it preventing you getting one? What is your NAT Type? Are other games working fine?
