Nighthawk xr500 extremely slow connection help
I have a 400mbps download speed and the router initally sees this but as soon as setup is done it goes down to 65mbps wired. Even after I disable the QOS and anti blufferbloat it does not change. Please help as I really enjoy this router but this is totally unacceptable

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

By disable you mean you've clicked disable QoS under Anti-Bufferbloat options? If so as it is a new router it may be taking some time to negotiate with your ISP correctly, this can take a few days. Alternatively you could give the XR500 the MAC address of the previous router you were using by entering it in the Internet Setup page and then reboot the router.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Has a full power OFF of the ISP Modem and XR router then back on with the modem and let it sync, then factory reset the XR router and walk thru the setup wizard?

Did they provide you with a new modem? Did you adjust your speeds properly/have tried with turning of QoS using the method I mentioned?
