Prioritisation for Devices that Don't Access the Net?
Does the XR500 "only" work QOS when there is access to the Internet? I haven't experimented with this yet, but I am wondering how I would control say a NAS on the network that is not accessing the internet but placing a heavy load on the network. The XR500 doesn't seem to have any facilities to do this? Or perhaps I am misunderstanding something and it does! Do I need a managed switch for example?

Re: Prioritisation for Devices that Don't Access the Net?
Thank you for your reply. Yes I have decided that since switches are so cheap I will just get one to isolate what you might call the crosstalk between devices that are not used for gaming. I alreay have one swith on the XR500 becuase the XR500 doesn't have enough ports so I will simply replace it with another one that has more and re-wire everything a bit! 😄
