I have a problem with my EXR 500 router it just says a reset factory OK and the password and admin don’t work and I am a reset a factor I never changed and never logged into it and I need help doing it and my security questions not work either and I save them though
Hold down the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds (you will need to use something thin and small to do so), then wait 2 minutes and attempt to access the interface. You should be shown the setup wizard, complete that to have internet access and access to the interface.
