WhenI I login to the xr500 and go to the qos the r app that allows you to prioritize devices does not load and error can't find device pops up.Setup modem/XR500/S8000 switch.

How did you do the factory reset? It sounds like an issue that should almost certainly be resolved by a reset. So it may be yours actually rebooted, were settings wiped? Either do it from Settings > Administation > Backup Settings > Erase or hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds and let go.

Have you tried any other browsers or incognito/private mode in any browsers?
Have you performed a factory reset since this started happening?

Factory reset XR500 same issue accured will try factory reset on s8000 next.
