R7000 vs R7000 -100AUS

Hey Guys

 

Lookimg to find out the difference between R7000 and an R7000-100AUS.

 

Is it exactly the same just with a suffix for the country of origin (I'm in Australia)

 

Or are they different?

 

The intent is to install Express VPN however they say compatible models are R7000p/ R7000.
