R7800 Firmware v1.0.2.62 - DO NOT UPDATE: BUGGY FILE SERVER
The latest firmware update (v1.0.2.62) introduces a bug which causes the file server to shutdown after 2-3 minutes of use. The only way to get it working again is to reboot the router.
It seems like there are a lot of bugs with this version of the firmware. Netgear really should pull it down from the site.

Complete unrelated to the Nighthawk Pro Gaming Routers subject for this community section. And yes, the problems with this R7800 v1.0.2.62 are discussed since about mid of January 2019 when this firmware was released.

Please post about this here for your model router:

You might try Voxels 3rd party FW as well.
Good Luck.
