I also started getting the same dhcp lease renewal issue. Im using version 134. I have been using it for years but the past few weeks the router started having this issue.
I tried setting up the max dhcp value to 100 and also reserved ips for my devices. It worked for a week and started again.
Please help

Yes i did that and the router seem to be working fine for now. I flashed version 114 using tftp, did factory rest and then upgraded to 134.
Thanks for the usual support.

Re: DHCP constantly renewing XR500
Try setting DHCP range from .100 to .200?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Re: DHCP constantly renewing XR500
Tried disabling dhcp, for some reason it didnt recognize all devices although they have been setup. Re-enabled dhcp again and them couldn’t connect at all to the router.
I did a factory reset and now the router cant boot up . I enter 192.168.1.1 , first time it took me to the license agreement, i accepted it then it got stuck. I used also adv_index but still the same. Did multiple factory resets with no luck. Also turned it off for 10 mins still the same.
I guess the router just died.

Re: DHCP constantly renewing XR500
I tried, initial page started. Then it asked to accept data collection and i accepted. Then the page where the model of the router appeared. I accepted but then it got stuck and the connection timed out. After that i tried again several times but it always timed out.

Re: DHCP constantly renewing XR500
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
