All, After reviewing many suggestions, fixes, etc... from many different sites my DumaOS rapps still not loading at all. not sure how to proceed. Reinstalling firmware does not work either. ...

The value is set to 5 and router rebooted. Still the same symptoms with other rApps as well.
You do have some access otherwise you wouldn't have been able to do some of these things, is this something you're seeing on a specific page, if so which one, otherwise how often is it occurring that it prevents proper access?
the issue happens on Dashboard, GeoFilter, Ping Heatmap, Network Monitor, Device Manager, ADblocker, Connection Benchmark, traffic controller. Basically, almost all of them... Using different devices and/or browsers does not make any difference.
