Aquick question for anyone in the know , I am attempting to register my shiny new XR300 but everytime I input a purchase date is says invalid purchase date.
All well and good except you can't contact support without registering a product.
Anybody with any good ideas how to get out of this loop ?

Re: Registering a new XR300 router
Don't have a solution but the exact same problem, bought the XR300 two days ago and can't register it.
The app simply says "something went wrong - try again" and the website says invalid date (I've tested several dates, all return the same error
Quite frustrating....

Re: Registering a new XR300 router
After a factory reset of the router it allowed me to register it correctly with netgear , as a by product the geo-filtering on the router also started working (win win) so either netgear fixed the website or a factory default of the router may help.
