Slow download speed xr500
When I started I had the XR500 directly connected to my ont was getting around 95 down and up which is about 1/3 of what I pay for. So I hooked my gateway back to the ont and the gateway to the XR500 ...
Cable 100mbps down/ 6mbps up

What are the speed results with a wired PC.
Gaming on a PC or game console?
- Reconnect your previous router and release the IP address, then connect the XR back again and see if it improves. If it doesn't copy the MAC address from your previous router and change the XR router to use it in Internet Setup.
this is a carzy amount of problems..... ive had it 2 months and all ill get is a replacement???? not even an upgrade, oh well...
- Are you saying you've received a replacement router? Has the replacement resolved your issues?
