Slow download speed xr500
When I started I had the XR500 directly connected to my ont was getting around 95 down and up which is about 1/3 of what I pay for. So I hooked my gateway back to the ont and the gateway to the XR500 ...
Are you saying you've received a replacement router? Has the replacement resolved your issues?
I’m still fighting to get one...
- Did you try my previous suggestion to see if that works?
- Yes, I’ve also tried factory reset, change MTU size, and everything else they had me do.
- Do the startup wizard again, does that speedtest report your correct speeds?
