Some devices can't see the wireless network
Hi All, I just purchased and connected a XR500 to the NBN (australia) and for some reason almost every device can connect perfectly to the router but I have 2 HP PC's and one Ring Doorbell that when they search for available networks the Nighthawk wireless isn't available to select. I have multiple phones, ipads, laptops and xbox's that all see and connect without a issue. Any help appreciated. Paul

Re: Some devices can't see the wireless network
Could you disable Smart Connect in the WiFi settings please and connect to the 2.4/5GHz WiFi manually and see if they're all able to connect then please?

I have the same problem. Just a few devices can’t see the network. Always the same devices.

Have they ever been connected at all? You may need to forget the connection on the devices itself and then try to reconnect with the password.
