Hi, there is a an xbox connected to my network, I don't own one. I have changed the password and it's still connected and when I try to delete it says it's online so I cannot. Can anyone help please?

Re: Uninvited device
Are you seeing it through the browser? or the app?
You cahnged the wireless password?
how about changing the ssid?
I'd start with changing the ssid and then when connecting devices back to the wireless, check to see what each is called. maybe the system is mis-identifying a device.

Re: Uninvited device
It was the browser. I managed to delete it eventually. I've removed my devices that had doubled up as wireless and wired where I was testing connection differences. I'll keep an eye out for it reconnecting. But thanks for your help
