someone knows that this error gives me my xr500? Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'removeChild' of null
It's not detecting the game properly when selected as a PC but using the ports from the console service it can. It's still prioritizing correctly.
but shouldn't the console service ports be different? can't you solve this problem by keeping my pc as pc and not console?
- We need to update the classification and then you would be able to switch back to PC. PC uses DPI to detect gaming packets and the console service uses ports. They both work, just one is more intelligent than the other but no harm having it in this configuration.
do you have news about when the update will fix this problem? instead about the modem connected to the xr500 I only put the dmz towards the ip wan of the router nothing else
- I don't have any news about updates. It's not a major issue just to put out an update for as there are several workarounds. Not sure what you mean about the DMZ. Router WAN IP in modem DMZ is fine.
