X500 WiFi drop
Wifi stopped broadcasting tonight. Wired connection to ps4 still works. Tried rebooting modem and router, no joy. Why would the wifi just stop broadcasting?

Re: X500 WiFi drop
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Smart Connect enabled?

Re: X500 WiFi drop
Is it possible the WiFi button on top of the router was pressed by accident? e.g. by a pet? Connect via ethernet and check the WiFi page - see if it is broadcasting. If it is then check the advanced WiFi settings and see if the WiFi radios are enabled.

Re: X500 WiFi drop
Tried the WIFI button, thought my son bumped it while trying to troubleshoot, but after i clicked it and waited, it didn't start broadcasting. Tried multiple times clicking, no joy. But it automagically came back on sometime during the night or next morning. Working fine now.
