Yep, tried new cables. The only way to check the signal was to plug directly into the modem, and everytime I did that the internet seemed to be working. It's why I chalked it up to a router issue. Bought the router two months ago so I believe I'm still within warranty, I'll talk to support. Thank you so much!
You should have 90 days of free support from date of purchase if it was new.
- Next time this happens could you check in System Information please and see what it says for Connection Status?
