XR-500/ CM-1000 Terrible Speeds
So I have an issue with my Brand New XR-500 Router and new CM-1000 Modem. My speeds have plummeted and I can't figure out why. Currently we are playing for 150Mbps Download and 10Mbps Upload with Suddenlink (I know way less than what this setup is capable of, just future proofed myself when we upgrade in the future). For the First month or so we were getting normal speeds. (Like 118Down and 9Up). But right now, we are only getting around 70Mbps download and 6Mbps Upload. This is with a wired connection. Nothing has changed since the last speeds with 118Mbps. Why now would it suddenly drop like that? We have called our ISP, and they are saying the same thing over and over (Reset the modem and router, Unplug for 10seconds, etc.). I’ve even tried a factory reset on the XR-500, with no luck. When I plug my ethernet cable into the back of the XR-500. Speeds are 70Mbps Download 6Mbps Upload. When I plug the cable into the CM-1000, they show accurate speeds of 145Mbps Download and 10Mbps Upload. Before I have my ISP bring a Tech out, is there anything I can do? Or some common issues that my resolve this?

Re: XR-500/ CM-1000 Terrible Speeds
Have you tried checking the cable? replacing it?
or manually setting up the bandwidth setting in the XR500?
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
