Thanks for sharing the logs but that all looks ok.

We will need to look into this - it's a tricky one though as we have not been able to replicate it ourselves.

Could this be something with the xbox code on the console? I've seen odd issues with different xbox consoles and how they are connected and use uPnP. Depending upon which one is turned on first. Also most seems like this is a xbox issue rather then a router issue.

Could be but the device manager doesn't necessarily go on ports when determining what device is actually connected

Ya I presumed.  DM maybechecking ARP or HostName with Mac and IP addressing?

Yep so I think it is more to do with the router rather than the Xbox but I'm not a developer. They'll figure it out!

Now other devices are not showing as well. I was showing my wife what was going on and turned on the IPAD. I could connect to internet and go on sites etc but it did not show up as well.

SO I am still getiing auto ping to host even though itsd not showing on network monitor/manager. Does that mean it is still working as far as netduma is concerned. Whicj I could live with.

Starting to think that maybe your unit is just bad. You might reach out to NG support and ask about a RMA:

Icons appear on the map? How did you manage to add your console to the Geo-Filter, does it show it in lists e.g. when adding to Geo-Filter, Traffic Prioritization, VPN Hybrid but just not on device manager/network monitor? Does it appear in bandwidth allocation?

Nothing new at the moment but we've had a few more users on our own forum who've had the issue so we'll hopefully be able to narrow it down soon.

I think if you had a questinare to send out it might help more. ex all settings etc on the router.

UPDATE: Went back to XR500 V2.3.2.32 and all has been working great for 3 days now. So it does have something to do with the firmware.

I am also having this exact issue with my router that I purchased yesterday, that is on V2.3.2.40.  I was wondering if there were any updates to this, as there hasn't been a response in some time.  This is a very frustrating issue.
