Have you tried different ethernet cables/ports on the router?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

If you could try with other cables and ports it's good to fully rule out whether one of those could be the cause. Can you connect to the interface via any of the LAN ports for example.

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

And you tried every LAN port on the router as well with being unable to get access to the interface? Are you able to access the interface via WiFi? If so can you go to the Device Manager table view and see whether the ports are showing as connected when you have a device connected to it please?

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

The router can’t get internet the main port is not working when I connect it to the modem the light who show me is connected is off all the time… so i can’t access to the Dumaos interface… cause the xr1000 is not recognizing the lan signal from the modem cm1000 netgear ( and this is working perfectly with the asus router right now) its meaning something is wrong with the xr1000

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

The router doesn't require internet to be accessed, could you unplug the modem from the XR, connect your PC to the router via one of the LAN ports and try to access using 192.168.1.1 instead of routerlogin.net. If it doesn't work try each of the LAN ports, if it isn't working for any of them, while connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

Is your WiFi connected to the XR? That's getting an IP address the XR would give. Can you access via WiFi?

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

No that was via ethernet port!! The weird part is the light who show u is connected via cable is off, non red - non white…. I will try via wifi later but whats the difference? This was ethernet cable (router main port color yellow) to pc avoiding the modem cm1000
if i setup up modem cm1000 -xr1000-pc when i try to set it up the interface show me non lan cable connected

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

The screenshot you provided there was showing that you were connected to WiFi and that it's getting an IP address from the router. Seeing whether WiFi works will be a good indication of whether the ports are broken or whether it's a general issue with the router itself.

Re: XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING

Ohh ok I didn’t realized was via wifi cause i connected the lan cable and started command prompt… i thought something is wrong with the ports how i can do effective the hardware warranty? Because it broke itself ….

That depends on where you purchased from and what their policy is, you could make a ticket directly with Netgear by logging in here: http://support.netgear.com/ and they may be able to replace it for you.
