XR1000 VPN not working
I have followed all instructions very specifically, as well as turned firewalls off but still can not get OpenVPN to connect to the client config it downloads from the DumaOS. Please help. I am just trying to connect to my home network.

Re: XR1000 VPN not working
Just to clarify, the VPN isn't for changing your IP address/location it's to connect you to your home network, were you hoping for it to change your IP/location?

Re: XR1000 VPN not working
Correct. Just to connect back to my home network when im elsewhere. It is currently connected to the Verizon Modem in my house. The verizon modem is not a static IP. It is a normal NAT. I did change the XR1000 to static IP though.

I think you may need to use DynamicDNS, these two guides should get you sorted:
