I would highly recommend you remove the router from your setup when they come to test so they do it purely from the modem, otherwise there may be an inclination to blame the router
Don't worry, I'll be conducting some more tests on the modem itself with 3 different cables. I also re-set my NIC settings just to be safe. I'll also test another PC just incase. Technician is scheduled for friday afternoon.
