XR1000 won’t load Geo Filter or Ping Heatmap
I’ve tried everything. I’ve tried rolling back updates then updating to the newest firmware, I’ve tried using edge, I’ve tried disabling armor, I’ve tried resetting. I just don’t know what else to do ...

I’m having the same problem my geo filtering and ping heat map aren’t loading at all. It keeps on telling me raps not loaded
I’m having the same problem my geo filtering and ping heat map aren’t loading at all. It keeps on telling me raps not loaded
kondeee reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then try accessing and they should load correctly.
- I rebooted and waited and it’s still saying the same thing. Should I factory reset my router?
- kondeee, does the System Information page load? If so go to that page, then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
- Been doing this for the past hour and still the same results
- Okay try a factory reset then please, again wait 2 minutes before you access, also when going through setup don't enable Armor
rebooted router, geo filter wont work on PC macbook anymore, tried a couple more reboots still same message.
Could you please clear your browser's cache/try accessing the interface from an incognito/private window? See if Geo-filter can then load properly after that.
