XR1000V2 Ping Optimizer setup help
Hello,
When I first got my new router this month I was able to setup the ping optimizer with no issue. Now since I did a factory reset to the router when I go to do either a quick test or full test it never completes. It just keeps saying setting up with the loading circle continously going. I really like this feature and hope I can get help on fixing it back like before. Thanks

How do you even Have a ping optimizer?
What Firmware version do you have? My V2 doesn't have that feature.... As I found out After buying it which was very Disapointing as it was one of the features I was buying the XR1000 for. When I looked it up online trying to find out why I couldn't find it in mine it said that it had been removed from the last couple of current Firmware versions and "Hopefully" would return later, and then no other mention about it since?
- Hello, When I first bought the router recently it was included in the firmware but after the recent DumaOs update it no longer works correctly. I am able to see the ping optimizer when I login via mobile device. Hope this help!
- It may appear as Auto Setup on the Congestion Control page but I'd suggest adjusting manually
