XR300 give DHCP to MAC address again again

I have  XR300   and his DHCP give me lots of error 

in monitor LOG I see he give in loop again again in five sec my network new IP and not the same even it is same MAC 

and if you look and time it is five sec time he renew the IP

all this device are connected all the time to switch and there are not powering up in this loop

One device complain that it did not get IP address only GW + DNS info but IP was missing .
I am runing FW 1.0.3.26_10.3.22 , If I go to FW  3.30 and make it factory default my router will have spped around 100mb in speedtest, If I use 3.22  I get around 600   my connection is 1000mb   fiber and I messure speed over lan.

Diffrent router give me speedtest 950 +- 30    so that is one Q, why is my router XR300 SLOW ?

PS if I turn on Traffic meter my router get down in speed to 20 mb   😞

Give that device a reserved IP in LAN Settings and shouldn't be a problem. What do you get with QoS disabled in the Anti-Bufferbloat option menu?

Well Device should only have IP from DHCP when it start
Not in evrey 20 sec ?

Anti Bufferbload is NEWER 

Download upload is 1000mb (100%)

Share Exess is X   share exxess bandwith all device

It's something we're aware of, meanwhile reserved IP should help. On the Anti-Bufferbloat panel, click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left hand corner of the panel and check the tickbox to disable QoS - do you get higher speeds there?

Hi

I have now Speed at speedtest.net  504 Mbps /455 Mbps  1 ms

If I connect my pc direct to fiber router I get 985/989 Mbps and 1 ms   and test to same server by speedtest.net 

If I use router where my provider like to rent to me I get also just under 1 Gbps  both direction  so 500 is good but 995 is much better 

If I use FW 1.0.3.38 and restart router to default factory I  get speed more sround 250Mbps 
So is this 1 Gbps router ?

It is a 1g router, is that with traffic meter on or off?

Traffic meter is OFF

If I turn him on my speed test will go under 100Kbps

So This is not 1g router with traffic meter on.  nearly 100 Mbps with meter on 
If I test same fiber and same lan cable EdgerRouter X  and turn on the default firewall

I have  speed test to same server 960 to 980 Mbps
XR-300 450 to 520Mbps

Is XR-300 a real 1G router ?

The faster speed above is that with QoS completely disabled in the Anti-Bufferbloat menu as mentioned before? It is.

I have disable compleate  QoS , traffic mesure off and lan direct 

I can´t think of more items I can take off

In the Settings page go to the Setup Wizard and go as far as the speed test, what does that speed test say you get?

I'm interested in the speeds you're router is actually receiving, by doing the speed test on the setup wizard it bypasses your devices and does a pure speed test direct from the router - what do you get on that?
