XR450 Media Server doesn't work on my router

Oddly enough the Model XR450 doesn't even show up in the drop down list for the Model fill in page.
I've had this router for a year, however I can never get the ReadyShare Media Server function to work on it.
I've enabled it and it does show up on my network, and disappear at times as well. I try connecting to it but I never have success with connecting to it.
I've tried on Mac and Windows. I am able to connect to other Media Servers I have, such as Kodi and NvidiaShield no problem so I'm not sure why the XR450 has an issue when I enable the MediaServer function.
Let me know if I need to try anything or if I'm missing something.
Thanks!

Nevermind, it looks like my USB storage format wasn't correct format. I checked FAT32 and NTFS and those drives work successfully.
