XR500 Firmware update v.2.3.2.114 Packet Loss

I am having an issue with packet loss ever since i updated my firmware to v.2.3.2.114. I have restarted and factory reset the router multiple times to try and resolve the issue with no luck. 

The first photo is a pingplotter test run through my XR500 the second image is run through just the modem.  

Any help is greatly appriciated.

I can't see the picture from the XR500, can you attach it like you did with the modem picture please?

You're not experiencing packet loss don't worry, if you were then it would appear on the bottom graph so you can ignore that
