XR500 Geo-Filtering not working for COD

PC shows online 24/7 since I never turn it off. I haven't changed any settings or done anything with the router. All of a sudden the Geo-Filter just stopped working. I had it set up as COD - PC and have had it set up as just COD for the filter. I just tried launching the game and now there are no COD servers online in the world which I find rather hard to believe.
I have had this router for almost 4 years and almost every 4 months I have some type of issue with it. It works fine then something happens where something stops working. I post the issue in here, you guys help me fix it (thank you), then 4 months go by and something else goes wrong with it. I have factory reset this thing so many times it isn't funny. I have had Xfinity out here so many times I can't even count that high. The reason I bought this router is because of COD. When it works. it's amazing but something that costs $250 shouldn't have an issue every 4 months though.
Hopefully you can once again assist me to figure out what is going on so I can start playing COD again.

Now the Geo-Filter magically works again after not working for a couple weeks but there is another issue now. I'm using the app and I can see that I'm connected to the Georgia server. It's says no game activity connected and on the Geo- Filter page on the top it just gives me the circle of death. Usually, it will tell me the location of the server. Currently I have my PC in Geo-Filter and I'm using COD settings not COD-PC. If I use PC it says in the description it won't work which it doesn't. I'm also getting non-stop packet loses.

Try this:
Quit the application/game/client completely
Remove device from the Geo-Filter
Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager
Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
Wait 2 minutes
Boot up application/game/client

I just did all the steps and I'm going to take a nap. I won't log into the game for a few hours. Once I do, I will leave another comment to see how it works.

I did all the steps, reset the router (like I have to do every time I play COD), and the first two games worked a LOT better since the Geo-Filter worked. I looked on the app and still the circle of death for the server location but no biggie. I could see I was connected to the Georgia server. It also stated the game was detected under prioritize gaming. I then logged into the website and the Georgia server was pinged.
Then it all went to crap. game 3 - 5 gaming wasn't detected on the app, and website wasn't pinging a server even though I was in a game. Did all the steps again, waited about 5 minutes, and started the game. I played two games, and the same thing as mentioned above. Did all the steps again, waited about 5 minutes, reset the router, played two more games, and the same thing.
I looked at the event log and nothing since the 24th.Wed Jul 24 16:47:49 2024 Critical (3) Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=6c:cd:d6:6d:31:d4;CMTS-MAC=00:90:f0:7c:01:00;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1; I'm heading to bed but I will try resetting the modem and router when I wake up to see if there is any difference.
