You need to combine the .crt file with the .ovpn file for the server you want to use. The .ovpn will be at the top and then under that type <ca> then paste the .crt file and after that type </ca> so it should look something like this:
client dev tun etc etc etc
<ca> contents of .crt file </ca>
Then paste that into the advanced section on Hybrid VPN and enter your user/pass and it should allow you to connect.
Here is the info I'm pasting on configuration box field. Server location: United States Washington - UDP. Connection failed. Please see Log at the bottom.
