XR500 Lan ports problem

There is no problem with wifi, but sometimes I get disconnected when I connect ps4 with lan cable. and it will resume normal immediately.

There is no problem when I try to connect internet without router.

my router's firmware version is v2.3.2.40
Is it different from what you offer?

The hotfix firmware I linked you to is based on the same version, BUT it has a small fix which stops dropouts. Apart from that fix, it is the same as the version you've got.

i have found the situation that when i playing 11vs11 game, lan port disconnect will happen.
If there are fewer people connected, there will be no problem.

That's weird. Do you get disconnected frequently when doing bandwidth intensive tasks like streaming 4K video or downloading game patches?
