XR500 - Missing Parental Control - Need instant fix

Hello,

It seems that over 3000 post in regards to the missing Parentel Control in the XR500 (DumaOS) is an Serious Issue, that should be look at promptly, simple reason, I cannot understand why ASUS even in the cheapest of model have EXCELLENT parental control and this high end Netgear Router does not.

I think the DUMA SO and the XR series are intended designed for gaming and gamers thus there is more focus on gaming and gaming tuning and performances. Somethign that parental controls can impact and for the most part, gamers are focused on gaming and not trying to control children. If you need a router with parental controls, then the R or Orbi series is something you should look into.

It's not missing so there isn't a fix that can just be applied. It requires us to develop a parental control solution, it wasn't included to start with due to the focus on gaming. It is on our roadmap so we will implement it in future.

Good to know - as gaming and parental guidance go hand in hand today market.

Try to make it as easy as ASUS, that would be great.
