XR500 PC disconnects
My pc has been intermittently disconnecting, I have tried a new Ethernet cable, and I have tried it in every port on the router. Nothing else disconnects, not my WiFi or other wired devices. It sometimes only happens once or twice , sometimes constantly for an hour or so. Sometimes it disconnects for like 5 seconds other times for like 2 mins. There is no pattern. I have noticed that when it’s happening the corresponding Ethernet light goes orange. I have tried factory resetting the router but I just can’t work it out.

If you connect the same PC to WiFi, do you experience the same issue?

I don’t have a WiFi card in my pc to try that but as I said all the other devices on my network remain connected to the internet when the issue is happening

If you connect the PC directly to your ISP hub/modem do you experience the same issue?
