Sorry this is happening - sounds like it could be a faulty untit. I will private message you a hotfix firmware to try now to see if that stabilises things. If it does not, I recommend you contact official NETGEAR support to request a replacement:

I have sent you the hotfix firmware. If it doesn't solve your problem, I would definitely get in touch with NETGEAR's official support. THis should definitely not be happening!
I'm having a similar issue I've updated to the latest version as of this evening. Afterwards the router rebooted about five times in less than an hour. It's been fine for maybe 20 minutes now. Waiting to see if it reoccurs
Is it overheating? Make sure it's plugged directly into an outlet and not an extension cable. If can rule both of those out I'd recommend contacting Netgear support http://support.netgear.com/ to see if they can help further
