XR500 Randomly Disconnected From The Internet Now Wont Reconnect ?

CAN ANYONE HELP ?

I have the Nighthawk XR500 Pro Gaming Router and last night it randomly stopped working. I was downloading the new Forza 5 on my xbox whilst also on my pc whilst i was waiting. Then my dpwnload and browser stopped. I checked my internet connection and it said no internet connection. i rebooted the xr500 sevral times from the app and even tried turning off and on and still no luck. Ive just tried to rest the xr500 and still the internet light is orange.

what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

What firmware is on the router? 

If you hardwire into the modem/gateway, does it work with a pc/laptop?

Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access, go through the setup wizard and see if you have internet after that. What firmware version are you on?
