The second Serious bug：
　Internet Orange Lighting.
　5Ghz and 2.4Ghz White Lighting.
　Eth1 White Lighting.
　
　Mobile phones and Computers No network.The same is true of waiting a long time.
　And don't go in and Manage Pages. www.routerlogin.com Blank space nothing shows.
　Must be forced to restart using Shutdown key.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Has a factory reset been performed after updating to v40 then setup from scratch? 

How are you determining these issues? 

What does long term uninterrupted download mean? Are you having problems with downloads? Would need more details on this? 

You might revert to v32 and see if anything is different.

Thank you very much for your timely reply.

1. I don't know my ISP modem.Connection mode PPPoE.
2. Updating a version will restore factory settings.
3. WINDOWS 7 Computer Performs Download Task. The download software is BitComet. Download for about 20 hours. XR500 Problems arise.
4. Previous versions did not have this problem.previous versions contained security vulnerabilities.

After the update is completed. I manually restore the factory settings.

I don't feel related to ISP modem model.

Because this network is provided by the company.

When the Internet lights are orange. management pages can't get in.

When the Internet is white. the management page enters normally.

Reason for asking about model# is to check for model information about the modem your using and nat abilities.

This error prompt on Anti-Bufferbloat:

Error prompt：RPC error 'ERROR_NOENT': Rule not found in chain

This is very rare but can sometimes happen. Could you try rebooting your router. You shouldn't see it after that.

My problem still exists.

i have tried many times Reinstall the FW .  

factory reset been performed after updating to v40 setup.

Are we talking about the first problem (anti-bufferbloat) or the second problem (can't access interface)?

Try downgrading to v32, factory reset and setup from scratch to see if problem still happens?

The first problem (anti-bufferbloat)  is that it occasionally appears.

The second problem often arises.

OK,But my R8000 has never had these two problems.

But R8000 is not optimized for games.

Have you tried this hotfix firmware? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/28523-new-xr500-hotfix-firmware-for-drop-outs/

It's specifically for dropouts so it might fix your problem.
