XR500 V2.3.2.56
Hello everyone, I know there are a lot of posts about "This R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute." problem, but of them are old. My router is XR500 and my version is V2.3.2.56, I have read some answers but from posts that are old and their solution by downloading an old version firmware, is there a solution to my problem in July of 2020?
I am facing this problem from a month now, it was all fine when I downloaded the latest update before facing the issue.

Thanks for the reply, but I did not find the number of retries, could you guide me to where that is or send a screenshot.

Re: XR500 V2.3.2.56
Hi,
I have an XR450 (no option to selelct this one in the model portion). I was also getting the Rapp not loading. I've decided to reboot the router. However, it's no not coming back up. I'm just getting a blinking white power led if i have anything plugged into it. If I just have it plugge into power, it's a solid amber led. I have nothing coming from the router. Also, I cannot get into the web interface either. I've rebooted multiple times, rebooted the ONT(Verizion Fios) a few times too. I'm getting internet from the ONT, verified by plugging the laptop directly into it. Also, I did try the pin hole reset button a few times too. Nothing is working. Anyone have a suggestion?
