XR500 WiFi and LAN issues
Having two separate issues.
1. LG OLED tv is connected via Ethernet, recently starting freezing while playing videos.
2. WiFi on iPhone 12 is garbage, constantly having to turn WiFi off to load anything.
I am not very technical so any help will be greatly appreciated. I bought this router a couple years ago for Xbox gaming because read it was a good one to have. Issues just started a couple days ago.

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What firmware is on the router?
What speeds do you pay for?
What speeds do you actually get hardwired into the router?

Sorry to hear you're having these issues, could you answer these questions to help us assist you better please?
- What is your exact physical setup? i.e. what is the XR connected to, what are your devices connected to and what is the model of your modem/router?
- What are your paid for/expected internet speeds?
- Are you using QoS at all?
- For WiFi are you using Smart Connect?
