XR500 and Telstra NBN

Hi - I came home with my XR500 last night to hook into my Fixed Wireless NBN and it won;t connect to the internet.  The Telstra modem still connects through, however when I hook the XR500 into the NBN point I no longer have access to the internet.  I know that Telstra allow third party routers.  Has anyone else had this issue?

    Hi Oxana, have you connected to the XR500 interface to complete the setup wizard? If not you wont have internet through it until you complete the setup wizard.
