XR500 dropping connection
Have had xr500 for about 3 months with no issues, all of a sudden it will drop connection to all devices for about a minute before reconnecting. Have also had issue with incredibly low speeds, sub 10 mbps download on an ethernet connected Xbox one x. Normal download speed is over 200 mbps. I have an arris surfboard sb6183 modem and its indicator lights never show a drop in service, just the xr500 losing its white indicator lights and they turn red/orange. Have done a factory reset and am running the v2.3.2.56 firmware on the xr500.

How often will it drop the connection like this? Are you using QoS at all? That indicates the router itself is losing connection to modem and not just the devices. Are you using PPPoE at all? Replace the ethernet cable connecting the router to the modem please and see if that helps, it may have degraded.
