The firmware has now been publicly released: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-Routers/New-Firmware-for-XR500-2-3-2-32-fixes-disconnection-issue/m-p/1636839#M3864

Is there a Beta version addressing this issue after V2.3.2.32 went live? I am having a ~1 / day disconnect from internet access. The wireless connection doesn't drop, just actual internet access. No issues direct to modem, no modem cycling, levels check out as well. Router lights also do not indicate that connection has dropped.

I was wondering if any one else on the beta has stuttering while trying to view webpages. I tend to get alot of lag spikes while using the beta msn.com will load super fast and then next time i launch msn.com it takes a good 8-20 seconds to load.

That sounds like it could be a problem with your PC - perhaps a cache issue.
Easiest way to check is to use other devices (e.g. a phone). If it's working fine on there then it's almost certainly something with the device.
If it's happening on everything. then it could be the actual website. So try some others and see how they play out!

Your Arris TM1602 modem has an Intel Puma 6 chipset that has a design flaw that greatly affects connectivity (cannot be patched with firmware updates). I had one too, and all connectivity issues went away once I replaced it with a BroadCom chipset-based modem. Check with your ISP to find out which modems they allow before buying another one.
