What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

ISP is Optimum-400MB service-optimum modem is Arris TM1602
Blizzard games thinks it might be packet loss from the router (based on diagnostics that were run on the computer playing Overwatch
That computer is a new MSI gs66 stealth

One way to check latency or ping, run pingplotter.com app on your PC with the pc directly connectec to the modem. No XR router in the middle. Then test with the XR connected, with no wifi radios enabled and just the 1 wired PC connected.

So running the plotter program did you see high latency when directly connected to the modem vs with the XR router in between?
Reason for testing this is to see if latency is seen from the ISP side thru the modem or at the router.
