XR500 performing factory reset every reboot
When I reset my netgear router it force me to go through setup again. I also have my config backed up but it will not load the config. I tested it with a recent config but it's a not go. Any help would be appreciated. This first occured after the emergency firmware update.

Re: XR500 performing factory reset every reboot
That definitely shouldn't be happening. Which reboot methods is causing it to reboot? Plug the router directly into a wall outlet and see if that helps, if it's splitting electricity with other devices using a power extender weird issues can happen sometimes.

Re: XR500 performing factory reset every reboot
Sorry for the late response, COVID has me swamped. The reboot from within the OS and also from the button. I'll try putting it on an independent power outlet and let you know. Thank you

That is concerning, keep us updated, may need to be replaced if the power isn't the cause.
