XR700 External USB disconnect wifi

Hi All,

Bit of an issue i've had I connected a USb 3 external HDD to one of the usb ports on the side of the XR700 so I can access it via the network at home and from office. Problem I have is the wifi drops out (turns off completely) when the drive is connected. The moment I disconnect the drive from the port the wifi starts flashing and works again.

Any solutions to this problem? I'm currently running fimrware version 1.0.1.20

Also is the drive from one of the known compatible drives? Check XR500 and R9000 for the drives that would work with the XR700. https://kb.netgear.com/18985/Will-my-USB-drive-work-with-ReadySHARE
