I don't now where you tried before, but as long as you to ask in the right place the path for support for devices with DumaOS, is usually short and rapid.
The DumaOS team has no reason to look out for every message posted in the wrong place. There are just too many messages to keep up.
Post in this section and you rarely have to wait long. Of course, lobbing in a request late on Friday, just before the weekend, isn't the best timing if you want instant replies.
