Nothing wrong with having a single user friendly network name and seamless roaming between the 5 GHz and the 2.4 GHz network, e.g. when moving away from the router where 5 GHz dos become difficult, isn't it?

Ideally channels not used in the neighbourhood - what can be difficult in a dense environment. A WiFi test app like Netgear's can help identifiy the other networks - the visible ones at least.

Not a regular XR user, there might be a control to enable HR160.

Throughput (that would be wow!) or negotiated link rate? What client, what distance, what obstacles, ...?

What devices are you using with the XR700?

Is 160Mhz enabled on the XR?

See if it will enable with SC enabled.

What kind of wireless client (make, model, ...)?

For a good 802.11ac client, 900 Mb/s is a very good peak up- and downstream spead on 5 GHz - around the max you can expect.
