Geo filter and ping heatmap will not load. Geo filter says uncatch unedified before saying rapp not loaded yet .Ive factory reset my router cleared cookies anything i could think of.

Could you provide a screenshot if possible of the exact error prior to the Rapp not loaded message? What firmware are you on currently? How did you do the factory reset?

Make sure your browser isn't forcing HTTPS which quite a few do now and force yourself to connect via HTTP to the interface and see if that disappears then please

If you disconnect the XR1000 from power for ten minutes, then reconnect it again, are you able to load Geo-filter and Ping Heatmap? At least temporarily before any issues occur again?

Which firmware version are you currently on? Did you factory reset since upgrading to this firmware?

Its the latest one. Before i factory reset i did check for any updates and there wasnt any.

Are you using Armor by any chance? If so disable this using the Nighthawk mobile app, reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then access and see if it loads correctly please.

No it expired a while ago.

Re-install the latest firmware, then after a few minutes perform a factory reset, that should give you a clean install and see if it has gone then please

GOT IT! Installed the older version. Factory reset. Installed newer version. Its running well now.
